Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Roam account and everything in it at any time.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Roam and tap the day name at the top to open the menu.
- Tap Profile and settings.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account, then tap it again to confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away and you’re signed out.
Can’t get into the app?
Email us from the address you use with Roam (or tell us your Sign in with Apple email) and we’ll delete it for you within 7 days, then confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, name, photo and sign-in details.
- All proof, check-in, score-sheet and roster photos.
- Your roster, preferences, quest history, ratings, XP, rewards, friends and party history.
Copies in encrypted backups are removed within 30 days. Venues only ever see anonymous visit counts, which stay in aggregated form and can’t be linked back to you.
Venue accounts
To close a venue portal account, email us from the venue’s registered address. We’ll remove the venue, its offers and its managers’ details.
